Booking and Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from juliusmnnv. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel appointments at our discretion. Appointment confirmations will be sent via email or phone, and it is your responsibility to ensure we have correct contact information.

Payment Terms

Payment for services may be required in advance or at the time of service delivery, as specified during booking. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and other electronic payment systems. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service fee. Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method, subject to our cancellation terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to arrive punctually for appointments and provide accurate information about their beauty needs, allergies, and skin sensitivities. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect the services provided. Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions and any product recommendations. Inappropriate behaviour or failure to comply with our policies may result in service termination without refund.

Health and Safety

juliusmnnv maintains high standards of hygiene and safety in all our services. However, clients with known allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues should inform us before booking. We recommend patch testing for clients with sensitive skin. By using our services, you acknowledge that beauty treatments carry inherent risks and that you participate at your own risk.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments and minimize disruption to our services.

Modifications to Services and Terms

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes affecting existing bookings, we will provide reasonable notice.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice. juliusmnnv reserves the right to refuse service or terminate client relationships for violation of these Terms, inappropriate behaviour, or other reasonable business reasons. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Dutch law. Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
